Purchase & Refund Information
Buying your tools
Mini Drama Tools are digital products purchased through Coach Michelle’s Stan Store. The current price, product contents, and checkout information are displayed on Stan. No physical item is shipped.
Delivery and access questions
Delivery takes place through Stan. If you cannot locate your purchase or access your files, check your purchase confirmation and email us with the product name and relevant order details. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.
Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final. Mini Drama Tools are digital products delivered instantly, so refunds are not offered. Please review the product listing and checkout information before you buy. If something went wrong with your order — a duplicate charge, a delivery problem, or a file you cannot open — email us with your order details and we will make it right. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Product license
The included license governs use of the digital prompt product. Your original work may be used commercially subject to that license and relevant platform terms; the prompt products themselves may not be resold or redistributed.
